Receptionist (Female Only)

Job Overview:

Saiban Town is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk environment. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal staff when required.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Assist different departments with minor administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Professional appearance and customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
