Our client in McAllen, TX is looking for a friendly, organised, and creative individual to join their team as a Receptionist / Social Media Content Creator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while also bringing creative ideas to life through social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Reception / Office Duties

• Meeting and greeting visitors arriving at the office
• Checking candidates in for interviews
• Answering basic enquiries and directing visitors appropriately
• Supporting the team with general administrative and ad hoc office tasks
• Helping maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Social Media & Content Creation

• Creating engaging content for the company’s social media platforms
• Recording and editing promotional videos and short-form content
• Planning, posting, and managing social media updates
• Supporting marketing initiatives with creative ideas and content
• Helping build the company’s online presence

Requirements

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Confident interacting with people in person and on camera
• Basic social media and video editing skills preferred
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
