Duties
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Skills:

- Preferred Korean fluency
- Personal assistant skills to provide support to executives and managers
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Ability to type and transcribe documents with speed and accuracy
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications (MacOS, Google Docs, etc)
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Front desk experience with exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
