Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting leadership with communication, documentation, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in keeping processes organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Assist with email correspondence
  • Maintain and organize digital files, spreadsheets, and records
  • Assist with data entry and reporting in systems such as Midnight software
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Track inventory, supplies, and operational needs
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
