Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
Skinner and Son LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role is essential in keeping our projects and client communication smooth. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/messages in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments, estimates, and job site visits
  • Help update social media regularly
  • Follow up with clients on open estimates, payments, and reviews
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Assist with material ordering, pickups, and tracking deliveries
  • Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Help ensure all required customer information is collected prior to scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software (experience with systems like Markate is a plus)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
