Recovery officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients for due and overdue installment recoveries.
• Maintain recovery records & update the system on daily basis.
• Visit clients (when required) for payment follow-ups and settlements.
• Issue payment reminders through calls, messages, and official letters.
• Coordinate with Accounts & Sales departments for reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and monthly recovery progress reports.
• Ensure professional and customer-friendly dealing at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 Years Experience in Recovery / Accounts / Customer Dealing.
• Experience in Real Estate / Housing Society preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Must know basic MS Excel & documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
