Recovery Officer

Family Builders & Developers is seeking a proactive and committed Recovery Officer to join our team. This position is focused on handling overdue accounts, developing repayment solutions, and ensuring that all recovery procedures are conducted in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and manage outstanding client dues while maintaining accurate tracking records.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to initiate and follow up on payment recovery.
• Develop and implement practical repayment plans with clients, ensuring commitments are honored.
• Liaise with internal legal and sales teams to strategize complex recoveries.
• Resolve client disputes related to payments, agreements, or property matters in a professional manner.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate clients who are unresponsive or have changed contact details.
• Make regular follow-up calls and visits to clients to encourage timely payments.
• Maintain clear, updated records of all recovery communications and actions taken.
• Present monthly recovery updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in debt collection, client recovery, or a related area.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, especially in handling sensitive discussions.
• Sound knowledge of basic legal and procedural aspects of debt recovery.
• Competent in using MS Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

LOCATION: Near Lucky One Mall, Karachi

• Candidates residing near Lucky One Mall, Karachi, or able to commute easily will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
