Manager Recruitment – Head Office

The role is responsible for driving and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with the Halan Microfinance Bank’s recruitment policy and business needs. The incumbent will lead sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding efforts for Head Office based functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal HR controls.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Head Office functions, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and salary negotiations, giving priority to senior-level critical roles within defined TAT.
  2. Liaise with respective stakeholders to analyze hiring needs and maintain a constant talent pipeline using various sourcing mediums.
  3. Ensure that hiring requisitions with a justified headcount and fully completed document checklist are processed, verifying candidate eligibility through satisfactory credit history, internal equity parameters and other required background reports prior to the final offer.
  4. Engage hiring managers and candidates through timely communication, feedback, and regular updates during the recruitment process.
  5. Independently manage and deliver Talent Acquisition projects.


Specification Criteria:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with specialization in HR (preferred).
  • Strong HR and business acumen along with analytical mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Recruitment Governance and HR policies preferably in the banking environment.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial services industry.
