Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a growing Real Estate Broker in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the UAE real estate sector, handling roles such as property consultants, sales executives, leasing agents, and back-office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various real estate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements
• Develop creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real estate industry
• Proven experience hiring for sales, leasing, and property roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
