RECRUITER

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in Bahrain, good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bahrain government labour laws and regulations
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and coordination with HR operations
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Recruiter in Bahrain
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations
• Ability to join immediately
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience using job portals, especially Indeed
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR or related degree/diploma
• Experience recruiting for multiple roles and industries
• Familiarity with visa processes and local hiring practices
