RECRUITER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, knowledgeable about Bahrain Labour Law and local regulations, and experienced in using job portals such as Indeed to attract and hire quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and issue offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and background checks.
• Ensure recruitment processes and documentation comply with Bahrain Labour Law and local government regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter in Bahrain or a similar market.
• Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local hiring practices.
• Experience using Indeed and other recruitment platforms effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Highly organized with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join immediately and work on‑site in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with visa processes, LMRA portals, and local government HR systems.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
