Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Oil & Gas, contracting, and white-collar positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and references
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback
• Manage recruitment for Oil & Gas, contracting, and white-collar roles
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database records
• Communicate professionally with clients and candidates
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements
• Assist in documentation and mobilization processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably Oil & Gas / Contracting sectors)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Preferred:
• Experience in Local Recruitment.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar
• Tagalog speaker
• Hindi Speaker

Pay: QAR2.00 - QAR3.00 per month
