Role: HR Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Rozee.pk.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
