Job Description

Euro Systems LLC is looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team on a 3-month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the company's hiring needs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa/Freelance/Spouse Visa).
• Candidates who perform well during the contract may be considered for a permanent full-time position based on business requirements and performance.
• Available to join immediately.
