Real Estate Recruiter (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The main focus of this role will be recruiting Sales Agents and building a strong, qualified sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for Sales Agent positions
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with the management team
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential Sales Agents
• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
• Support onboarding and other HR recruitment activities

Requirements

• Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
• Previous experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting Sales Agents is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in conducting interviews and candidate screening
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
