We are a fast-growing company looking for a reliable Recruiter / Admin to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities while also keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our systems
  • Support HR and operations with administrative tasks
  • Help improve recruitment and onboarding processes

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or admin experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with online tools (LinkedIn, job boards, spreadsheets, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
