We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter / Business Development Partner to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a highly motivated professional who enjoys connecting top talent with exciting opportunities while building and nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to successful candidate placement.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and direct headhunting strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, expanding business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment and/or business development.
• Head-hunting expertise is a must.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, or similar).
• Dynamic and motivated professionals who can take an active lead in business development processes.
• Ability to play an active role in recruitment processes in addition to business development.
