About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is a "people person" who understands that finding the right talent requires more than just posting an ad—it requires proactive sourcing, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the modern hiring landscape.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across the organization.
• Multi-Platform Management: Expertly navigate and manage job postings and applicant flow on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Betterteams.
• Active & Passive Sourcing: Execute strategic "headhunting" for passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter while efficiently screening active applicants from job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial phone screens to assess culture fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience.

What we need

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a recruiting role (agency or in-house).
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to maintain clean, organized candidate data.
• International & Bulk Expertise: Demonstrated experience in international recruiting and a proven track record of successful bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment.
• Job Board Mastery: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Betterteams is required.
• Problem Solving: A "think outside the box" mindset—you don’t just wait for resumes; you find new ways to reach the talent we need.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "sell" the company vision to a global audience.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: 80,000 – 130,000 per month including bonuses and benefits
