We’re hiring a strong Recruiter/HR who knows how to actually bring agents in, not just post jobs and wait.

We are looking for a young, energetic, and street-smart Recruiter/HR for a US-bound outbound call center (night shift).

Who Should Apply

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Minimum 2 years of proven call center experience is mandatory
  • Must understand call center hiring realities in Pakistan
  • Should already know where agents actually come from (not just social media)

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit outbound call center agents (US campaigns)
  • Use effective hiring channels (social media groups, referrals, walk-ins, platforms, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings and short interviews
  • Maintain complete HR records (attendance, joining, exits, documentation)
  • Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with operations to maintain agent strength

  • Someone who can deliver agents, not excuses
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working night shift
