Job Title: Recruiter – Insurance Industry
Location: Shakespeare Sarani
CTC: Up to ₹2.5 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in a leading insurance company. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding of high-performing candidates, primarily for sales and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the insurance/financial services sector, and the ability to attract the right talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Experience in Boolean, LinkedIn searches
• Identify and attract quality candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure timely closure of positions across functions, mainly sales, operations, and support roles.
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards.
• Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred) with 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI sector.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at stakeholder management.

CTC: ₹4.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
