Talent Sourcing

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines.

Job Posting and Advertisement

  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Ensure job listings are accurate and aligned with hiring needs.

Screening and Shortlisting

  • Conduct initial resume screenings.
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Send interview confirmations and follow-ups.

Candidate Engagement

  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a good candidate experience.

Database Management

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure accurate records of interviews, feedback, and hiring status.

Support in Onboarding

  • Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate documentation and orientation activities.

Market Research

  • Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Assist in generating weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to support improvements in recruitment strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Support recruiters and HR managers with various administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
