Recruiter - Minimum 2 Years Experience (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment tracker
• Conduct reference checks and background verification
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates
• Ensure smooth onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment KPIs and meet monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruiting for [Industry – e.g., Construction, BIM, Engineering, IT]
• Knowledge of UAE labor market (if hiring in UAE)
• Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems

Performance Expectations:

• Meet monthly hiring targets
• Maintain high-quality candidate pipeline
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
