Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment tracker
- Conduct reference checks and background verification
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment KPIs and meet monthly hiring targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for [Industry – e.g., Construction, BIM, Engineering, IT]
- Knowledge of UAE labor market (if hiring in UAE)
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems
Performance Expectations:
- Meet monthly hiring targets
- Maintain high-quality candidate pipeline
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
