Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter / OD Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and driving HR best practices to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening.

· Build talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing strategies.

· Support OD initiatives including employee engagement, performance management

· Assist in L&D programs, training coordination, and competency mapping.

· Conduct surveys, data analysis, and provide HR insights to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 6 years of experience in recruitment or OD.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment platforms, and OD tools.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Preferred Competencies

· HR/OD certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

· Experience in training facilitation and employee development.
