About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in

bulk hiring for the pharma industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience

working on an RPO model, managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle bulk hiring requirements for pharma clients within defined timelines.

 Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand manpower

needs.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

 Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

 Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for reporting.

 Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and follow-up with selected candidates.

 Meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment (preferably in pharma or healthcare industry).

 Must have experience in bulk hiring and RPO model setups.

 Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

 Good understanding of sourcing strategies and market trends in the pharma sector.

 Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
