Recruiter: Key Responsibilities and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in administration or any related field
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in Consultancy
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the company system
  • Support hiring teams in day-to-day recruiting tasks
  • Help create a positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups and professionalism
  • Learn and apply basic recruiting strategies and industry best practices
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation as needed

TA Partner: Key Responsibilities and Qualification

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in construction, development, or hospitality
  • Track record in leading recruitment teams and managing full-cycle hiring
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Deep knowledge of UAE labor market and regulations; KSA/Egypt experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to deliver effective hiring across the organization
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the construction, development, and hospitality industries
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Mirage as an employer of choice
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth handover to HR Operations for onboarding
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness) and optimize processes
