Recruiter-Tagalog Speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, databases & referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and close positions on time
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

Requirements:

• Tagalog speaker is mandatory
• Previous experience as a Recruiter / HR Recruiter
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle bulk and fast-paced hiring
• Familiar with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• UAE recruitment experience is an advantage
