We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Location: Dubai Industrial City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the selection process.
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles (corporate, healthcare, technical, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
