About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Dubai with 2-4 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in sectors like healthcare, hospitality, retail, and administration. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience handling spouse visa processing and working within recruitment consultancies servicing the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries within the UAE market.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage spouse visa applications and related documentation in compliance with UAE immigration laws.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE) for visa approvals and labor permits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and visa authorities to ensure smooth recruitment and visa processing.
  • Work within the consultancy framework to deliver timely and efficient recruitment services.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases in line with company and client standards.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and industry trends to provide compliant and effective recruitment solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in non-IT sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administration within the UAE.
  • Proven expertise with spouse visa processing and knowledge of UAE immigration procedures.
  • Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency in Dubai or the wider UAE region.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, MOHRE, and GDRFA processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
