HIRING: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

A client of *Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited* is hiring a "Recruitment Specialist"

Location: DHA, Karachi

Industry: Wellness Services

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

* Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

* Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

* Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
