We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across various departments, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships will be essential to building a strong workforce that aligns with our organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's growth by identifying and securing exceptional talent through innovative recruiting strategies and effective communication. Duties

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple functions.
  • Conduct HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, relationship management, and lead generation to build a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure fair and competitive offers that meet organizational standards.
  • Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
  • Support internal recruiting efforts through succession planning, talent management initiatives, and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment. Experience
  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources with a focus on talent acquisition across diverse roles.
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance during all stages of the hiring process.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate offers and build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Experience conducting interviews using structured techniques for various roles; adept at assessing skills related to social media management, Cold calling, research methods, and relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR tools such for timekeeping or for payroll processing is a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
