About Us:
Snow Collar is a UK-based recruitment firm dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent for businesses across the UK. As part of our expansion, we are looking to onboard an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in Lahore to work remotely and manage end-to-end UK recruitment processes.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven recruitment professional with hands-on experience in UK recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for UK-based roles while maintaining close communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for UK clients
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and CV databases
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and shortlisting
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with UK-based clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines and CRM records
• Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UK recruitment
• Familiarity with UK job platforms and hiring processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and align with UK time zones
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized
