Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking) – Engineering Division | Dubai

Are you a business fluent German speaker fluent in English, already living in Dubai, and looking to launch or accelerate your career in sales and recruitment?

Amoria Group is expanding into Dubai, and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultants to join our brand-new Engineering Division. What you’ll do:

• Develop and grow your own specialist recruitment desk in the Engineering sector.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and highly skilled professionals.
• Apply sales, negotiation, and business development techniques to grow your portfolio.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle , guiding candidates and clients through the entire process.
• Work towards becoming either a top-performing consultant or a future leader managing your own team.

What we’re looking for:

• Business fluent German and fluent English (mandatory).
• Based in Dubai.
• Some experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is ideal — but motivation and drive are more important.
• Resilient, ambitious, and eager to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
