Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates

Source candidates through various channels, including job advertisements, social media, and networking

Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate assessments

Maintain an applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely candidate information

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in the hiring process

Stay informed about industry trends to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
