Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate Hiring (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter with a strong background in hiring property sales agents and brokers in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting commission-based real estate agents and understands the dynamics of real estate brokerage hiring.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility while working closely with real estate brokerage clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire real estate agents (commission-based and salaried roles)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for property sales agents, brokers, and leasing consultants
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking to attract agents
• Screen candidates for UAE real estate experience, broker cards, and commission readiness
• Coordinate interviews and support offer closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
• Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, specifically in real estate agent hiring
• Should have own visa
• Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate sales agents
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and brokerage structures
• Experience hiring commission-only and high-volume sales roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
