Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (US Shift - Onsite)
Location: Jeff Heights, Gulberg, Lahore
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time), Monday to Friday
Salary: £300 (Fixed) + £196 (Commission)

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and shortlisting candidates based on specific job descriptions and postal codes related to client job locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand job descriptions (JDs) provided by clients.
• Identify and source candidates according to the job requirements and relevant postal codes.
• Contact potential candidates and share the respective job link.
• Encourage candidates to apply directly through the provided link.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the system.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely submissions and quality placements.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (international or US-based preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job boards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: £300 per month.
