The Recruitment Officer plays a key role in driving the company’s recruitment operations in Kuwait. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, promoting the company’s recruitment services, and ensuring all client vacancies are filled efficiently and within the established timeframe (3–5 days). The role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of meeting monthly revenue and placement targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Employer Relations & Business Development
- Act as the primary point of contact for employers in Kuwait, ensuring timely communication and professional service delivery.
- Pitch and promote the company’s recruitment services to potential employers, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand employer needs, job specifications, and hiring criteria to align recruitment efforts effectively.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to employers.
2. Recruitment Operations
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified applicants using the company’s recruitment system and database.
- Ensure that all employer job vacancies are filled within 3–5 days, maintaining high quality and suitability standards.
- Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates, providing regular updates to all parties.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of applicants across various job categories to meet ongoing client demands.
- Verify applicant qualifications, work history, and documentation as required.
3. Performance & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets as set by management.
- Monitor and report recruitment performance, including metrics such as time-to-fill, employer satisfaction, and revenue generated.
- Identify process improvements to optimize recruitment turnaround time and placement success.
4. Administrative & System Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the recruitment system for all candidates and employers.
- Generate reports and analytics related to recruitment performance and employer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment ethics, and Kuwaiti labor regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or employer relations (preferably within Kuwait).
- Proven experience in employer communication, client servicing, or B2B recruitment sales.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English and Tagalog; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
