Recruitment Coordinator – Candidate Outreach

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to support our HR/recruitment team by reaching out to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities, and generating qualified leads for hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates using provided databases or sourcing tools
• Introduce company and available job opportunities to candidates
• Screen candidates by asking basic qualification and experience-related questions
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with the HR team
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or recruitment (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
