Job Title: Recruitment Director

Experience: 10+ Years (Overseas Hiring)
Location: CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Working hours: 10Am to 7pm IST (Mon – Fri)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Director to lead and scale end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across India and international markets. The role demands strong leadership, global hiring exposure, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive recruitment performance through metrics, process excellence, and incentive-based results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute global recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans
  • Lead high-volume, niche, lateral, and leadership hiring across Indian and overseas markets
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads

India & Overseas Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for India, Middle East, Europe, US, or other overseas regions
  • Understand country-specific hiring practices, visa processes, compliance, and labor laws
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants, staffing partners, and internal stakeholders

Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team
  • Set KPIs, hiring targets, and productivity benchmarks
  • Conduct performance reviews and training programs for recruiters

Process & Compliance

  • Streamline recruitment processes, ATS usage, and hiring workflows
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and international hiring regulations
  • Maintain hiring documentation, audit readiness, and reporting

Stakeholder & Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives globally
  • Represent the organization in recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry forums

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio
  • Present hiring dashboards and forecasts to leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leadership
  • Proven exposure to both Indian and overseas recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of global hiring practices and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling senior leadership & niche roles
  • Ability to work with ATS, recruitment analytics, and vendor management
