Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Job Location(s ): Bahria Phase 7 – Bahria Town Phase 4 – Gulberg Greens

Job Type: Full Time


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices


Job Description:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately manage candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and employment regulations.
  • Onboarding Support: Make reminder calls to selected candidates, assist with training logistics, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
