About the Role:
Melodica is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for music and dance teachers. You will handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding, using creative strategies to attract niche talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle talent acquisition for music & dance educators.
• Source talent using modern tools, platforms, and creative approaches.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative hiring strategies.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with our standards.

Requirements:

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, especially in niche roles.
• International hiring exposure.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Expertise in sourcing and creative talent acquisition.
