We’re Hiring: Office & Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office & Recruitment Executive to support our HR and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job openings on various platforms (Indeed, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update employee records and documentation

Assist in onboarding and training coordination

Track and support health insurance enrollment and related documentation

Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, forms, and administrative reports

Track attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related data

Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Provide administrative support to the management team

Help coordinate staff meetings, events, and internal communications

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records

Communicate effectively with U.S. office, candidates, and internal teams

Requirements:

Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures

Organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Prior experience in office or HR support is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
