About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding support. If you are passionate about human resources and eager to build a career in talent acquisition, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in managing the full cycle hiring process.
• Post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net, etc.).
• Assist in CV screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in candidate sourcing activities through job boards and social media.
• Update and maintain recruitment databases and reports.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires when needed.

Requirements

• Currently studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
