What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a long-term, full-time HR Intern who is passionate about developing a career in Human Resources and is eager to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree (recent graduate or currently studying)
• Previous internship experience in HR or Finance is a plus
• Availability to work full-time (5 days/week) on-site
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with analytical and results-driven mindset
• Candidates residing in or near Şişli are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including document preparation for hiring, contract changes, and other personnel processes
• Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
• Collaborate with various departments to monitor and execute HR-related processes effectively
