Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Lead to oversee and guide a team of recruiters specializing in non-technical roles — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Retail positions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in U.S. retail hiring, experience managing U.S.-based recruitment teams, and a strategic mindset to achieve hiring goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives for U.S.-based roles.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the U.S. market.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on U.S. market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience in U.S. hiring, specifically for retail and other non-technical roles.
• Experience leading and managing U.S.-based recruitment teams is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Comfortable working night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with U.S. time zones.
