Recruitment Lead - US

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Retail. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in U.S. retail hiring, a proven track record of managing U.S.-based recruitment teams, and a strategic mindset to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring targets for U.S.-based positions.
• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the U.S. market.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with U.S. hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and improve efficiency.
• Stay current on U.S. hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in U.S. hiring, particularly for retail and other non-technical positions.
• Experience managing U.S.-based recruitment teams is mandatory.
• Strong command of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with U.S. time zones.
