Responsibilities

  • Serve as a proficient user and trainer for internal recruitment technologies and platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic talent attraction marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and support remote recruitment team members
  • Design and coordinate promotional materials for employer branding and job postings
  • Ensure all recruitment marketing content meets quality standards
  • Establish and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
  • Collaborate with external partners such as job boards, advertising agencies, and event organizers
  • Monitor and manage the budget allocated for talent attraction initiatives
  • Track recruitment activities and candidate engagement using applicant tracking systems
