We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager (Arabic-speaking) to lead our recruitment team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the group's recruitment efforts. The role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, supporting Emiratization goals, and building a strong and diverse workforce. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, develop recruitment strategies, and lead a team of recruiters to achieve the organization's talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives that align with the group's business objectives, focusing on Emiratization and workforce diversity.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring targets and maintain high standards in candidate sourcing and selection.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership, to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that the group's employer brand is consistently communicated across all recruitment channels, promoting a positive and attractive image to potential candidates.
- Emiratization: Drive initiatives to support Emiratization, collaborating with government agencies and educational institutions to attract and hire UAE nationals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and implement diversity and inclusion strategies within recruitment practices, ensuring a broad talent pool and fair hiring processes.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment performance, track key hiring metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire), and report on recruitment progress to senior management.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring the best possible service and value.
- Recruitment Technology: Utilize and optimize recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on recruitment trends, UAE labor laws, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the UAE market and Emiratization initiatives is highly preferred.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives that align with business goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, Emiratization policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with recruitment software (ATS, CRM) and social media recruiting tools.
