Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. They will also work on developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirement:

• Strong experience in global talent sourcing
• Ability to source candidates from multiple countries and international markets
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates with international recruitment exposure of over 2 years is mandatory.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer discussions and support onboarding activities.
• Support the development of effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Sourcing skills - Minimum 5years
• Interviewing and Onboarding skills
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and managing talent pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
