Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will ensure hiring high-quality talent in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job ads and source candidates
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with recruitment systems

Pay: Up to ﷼6,000.00 per month
