Recruitment Officer

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the HR Department in various operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills and be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Male candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment records.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification where required.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters.
  • Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory).
  • Experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment practices and interview techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
